If your shipment is missing a product or has not arrived, please email us your order information and we will get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
You have a 12-hour period where your order is on hold, so if you contact, us by email, within this window, we can easily cancel or change your order. If you wish to change your order after the 12-hour holding period, while we cannot guarantee any changes will be made to the order once passed the holding period, we will try our best to accommodate. If we were not able to change or cancel your order, we will contact you by email to let you know.
If you wish to waive the 12-hour holding period, send us an email stating that you don’t want this option and you accept responsibility in case of a cancellation or of a change to your order.
We do our very best to pack your products as secure as we can. Unfortunately, not everybody will care for your package like we do.
If you receive a package with products that have been damaged do not hesitate to reach out to us.
If your order arrived damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged product(s) to customercare@soothingbathexperiences.ca and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or a refund.

That being said, all of our products are safe and they only thing we really test on is ourselves, our family and our friends.
Our processing time is 1-3 business days
At SBE we do our best to find eco-friendly and sustainable solutions for packing and shipping orders. Most of the materials we use are recyclable, made from paper and cardboard.
We use tissue paper to reduce the use of shrink wrap plastic.
For smaller orders we use bubble wrap envelops to help maintain the integrity of the bath bombs.
For bigger orders we use/reuse boxes and newspaper to pack the boxes
Please allow for more than enough time for item to arrive through the mail. If you have a time sensitive gift, please contact me beforehand to be sure we can send it and it arrive well in advance. For a birthday or gift, we recommend ordering 3-4 weeks in advance just in case there are postage delays which are 100% out of our control. This pandemic times can add to the length of shipping from our shipping supplier (Canada Post), which is beyond our control. Better be safe than sorry.
We’re unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. You’ll need to create a new order if you’d like to ship to more than one address.
We ship our packages via Canada Post. Please be aware!! If you choose a method of delivery without tracking, we are not responsible for lost items due to delivery methods.

Soothing Bath Experiences assures that all its essential oils are as natural as can be, unadulterated, pesticide-free and alcohol-free.
Essential oils (Aromatherapy oils) are the highly concentrated, volatile, aromatic essences of plants. The purest essential oils come from carefully cultivated and wild grown plants from climatic and geographic regions throughout the world.
We currently don’t have a store front
We are able to provide our customers with a pick-up location, however orders need to be placed prior to 2 pm, and may take up to 24 hours to complete depending upon scheduled production.
Contact us to set up a time for you to pick up your order.
If customers are unable to pick up their order after 5 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and to charge a restocking fee of 25%.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, and major credit cards.
When you place an order with us through our online shopping cart your credit card will be charged instanly when you checkout from the shopping cart.

Soothing Bath Experiences make all possible provisions to have stock on hand. However, there may be occasions when we are in an oversold situation and waiting for shipments from our suppliers. If we are out of an item and another suitable item can be substituted, we will. We will email or phone you prior to this happening in case you wish to alter your order.
